Mareike Muller

Mareike Müller is a PhD student in our lab working on the development of a new diagnostic method to measure proteins at very low concentration in body fluids. The main focus is the development of a test for the disease of Alzheimer, but the test will also be applicable for diagnostics of other diseases. Next to this project, Mareike is also looking at differences in miRNA expression in the CSF of Alzheimer patients and healthy controls to identify possible biomarkers.
